About Us
Le Baker's Dozen's desserts are made using traditional ingedients like flour, local butter and eggs, sugar, cocoa and milk. All the desserts are baked on site in our baker's kitchen. Le Baker's Dozen also sells and serves organic, Fair Trade coffee and tea available at the shoppe daily.
In 2008, Le Baker's Dozen expanded into a retail bake shoppe in Upper Montclair, NJ, where all the making and baking of desserts and sweets now takes place.

Who We Are
Le Baker's Dozen Bake Shoppe is a family-owned and operated business. In 2004, Therese Baird, and her daughter, Colleen, took their love of and passion for baking and started a cookie business out of their home. After years of testing and perfecting traditional family recipes and discovering new recipes from across the world, Le Baker's Dozen extended its menu to include scones, cupcakes, pies, breads, specialty cakes, and other delicious baked goods.
